Beginners workouts very often are very boring, it seems that in the beginning nobody knows how they should arrange their training program, how they should exercise and etc. I would like to start from the fundamentals of setting up a training program. First of all, it doesn’t matter whether you want to lose weight, whether you want to gain muscles, you have to exercise at least 3 times a day.
